I have restarted the computer over 10 times and gone back and forth between accounts but neither will open firefox now. When I tried to dowload firefox on new account it went to download firefox 9 and said that an upgrade needed to be made and the computer had to be restarted. I went to dowload firefox on another user account on the computer because the one I dowloaded from my account which was admin account wasn't showing up as available. I had firefox 8 dowloaded on my main user account. Do you want to reboot now?" then it gives choice of yes or no, and I have tried clicking yes and restarting and have tried clicking no and doing manual restart as well as full shut down for several minutes before turning the comp back on. I even tried to uninstall firefox so I could reinstall and then reinstall my backups but it won't let me uninstall, that same message appears that says "Your computer must be restarted to complete a previous upgrade of Firefox.
